About Us

I'm co-founder, co-CEO, and CTO of Fuse Vectors, with a PhD from UCL focused on vaccine bioprocessing. I have extensive experience in upstream and downstream bioprocess development, and I’ve led projects in early- and late-stage CMC. Partnering with industry leaders, I co-founded Fuse Vectors to innovate solutions for bioprocessing challenges that current standards couldn't meet.

I'm co-founder, co-CEO, and CSO of Fuse Vectors. Ben and I met during our PhDs at UCL, where I focused on viral vector downstream processing. I then worked at Boehringer Ingelheim and Novo Nordisk, gaining extensive gene therapy experience. Recognizing gaps in production technology, Ben and I reconnected and, with the help of Henrik, launched Fuse Vectors to drive innovation in gene therapy production.

I am co-founder and Executive Chair of Fuse Vectors, with a Master’s in Finance. At Carlsberg, I led global M&A projects and established Hue Brewery in Vietnam. Later, at Santaris Pharma, I helped secure key pharma deals, leading to its $450M acquisition by Roche.

I joined Fuse Vectors as a Research Business Developer, supporting projects from funding applications to website content creation. With a PhD in Molecular Biotechnology from Vienna BioCenter and experience at IMBA's Technology Transfer Office, I bring both science and business insight. Outside work, I enjoy bouldering, yoga, the gym, and exploring local food.

As the Senior Technician at Fuse Vectors, I’m grateful for the supportive and positive team spirit here—it makes each day enjoyable. I handle lab tasks, from wet lab work to programming the pipetting robot. Outside work, I enjoy long walks, gym sessions, knitting, and spending time with family and friends, all of which help me maintain a good work-life balance.

As a Protein Scientist at Fuse Vectors, I'm passionate about advancing viral vector development, focusing on protein chemistry, upstream fermentation, and downstream purification via chromatography. Outside work, I enjoy time with my daughter, cultivating chili plants, football, hiking, skiing, and water skiing, which all bring balance and fulfillment to my life.

As Scientific Manager of R&D at Fuse Vectors, I thrive in our collaborative environment, overseeing lab work, tracking progress, scouting technologies, and mentoring the team. I'm excited by the potential impact of our work. Outside the lab, I’m passionate about basketball, enjoying both playing and coaching. Whether in science or sports, I’m committed to teamwork and innovation for success.

I graduated with an MSc in Molecular Biology and Genetics from the University of Copenhagen in 2023 and began working as a lab technician at Fuse Vectors in 2024. I enjoy hands-on lab work with diverse assays and love the supportive, friendly team. Outside the lab, I’m often curled up with a good book or exploring Copenhagen’s bookstores for my next read.

I hold a B.Sc. in Life Science and Technology, focusing on E. coli chromosomal organization, and an M.Sc. with honors in Cell Factory and Biocatalysis, where I won the 2016 LST Design competition. My PhD, completed in 2023 through TU Delft and Intravacc, centered on developing poliovirus-like particles for vaccines. After a postdoc, I joined Fuse Vectors as a senior scientist, focusing on vector characterization and analytical tool development in our agile, collaborative team.
